S.C Digital came out with this board around January 1979
.
It was their first S-100 board.

The board utilized the TMS 4044-Fully Static 4Kx1 memory chips for
reliability and DMA capability. The board could be addressed in two 8K
blocks, of 4K increments. There was write protection in 8K blocks and memory
disable using Phantom (pin #67) or strappable to any other pin. The board
had built in Wait States (selectable 0 to 3). There also was a Bank Select
feature. Selection using port 40H (Cromemco software compatible) addressable
to 512 KB. It also has an alternate port, 80H, allowing addressable to over
1 million bytes.
I do not have a manual for this board. If you have one please let me
know.
